VEGAN BANANA BREAD
Servings: 10 - Prep Time: 5 mins - Cooking Time: 40-45 mins
2 tbsp flax seeds
1 1/2 cups whole-grain flour
4 tbsps coconut sugar
1/2 cup rolled oats or spelt flakes
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
1.5 big bananas, ripped
1/3 cup of almond milk
1/3 cup of coconut oil or butter, melted
2 tsps vanilla extract
Topping - 1 banana, sliced for decoration
Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius or 356 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a bowl, mash the bananas.
Stir the dried ingredients first and then the wet ingredients.
Mix really well until all ingredients are combined and you get a smooth texture.
Oil with coconut oil or butter a tray and transfer the mixture.
Slice a banana in half and add it on the mixture.
Place the tray in the oven and leave to bake for 40 to 45 mins.
