I love my serums and oils. I don't use too many products, I think a few and good quality can do a much better job, not to mention being friendly to your pocket ;). Personally, I don't do regular exfoliations, usually once or twice per month. It may be mainly because I have not really found a product that my skin loves and I would recommend. However, proper exfoliation helps better nutrient absorption by your skin as well as promoting collagen and elastin.

Your skin care products such as serums, oils and creams should hydrate, rejuvenate and replenish your skin. Therefore look for products that contain vitamin C, E, B3, hyaluronic acid, and CoQ10.


Vitamin C is an antioxidant that is known to protect against free radicals that can be damaging and assists in collagen creation, minimizing lines and wrinkles and as a result contributing to a youthful looking skin. You can also include more foods that contain Vitamin C such as lemons, greens and berries, in your diet to support your skin's health.


Bonus tip: Once a month, I indulge in a Magnesium Flake bath in order to soften skin and relax sore muscles.



An important note: Eat colorful vegetables as frequently as possible, which supports your microbiome and eventually your efforts of aging beautifully and well.
