Prep Time: 5 mins - Cooking Time: 6mins - Servings: 7-10 pancakes
½ cup of oat flour or oats that will be turned into flour with a blender.
1 tsp of baking soda
1 heaped tsp of spirulina powder
2.5 tbsp of yogurt, I am using sheep yogurt
1 tbsp of honey
A bit of coconut or olive oil for the pan.
Blend the oats, spirulina and baking soda and create a flour like consistency.
In a bowl mix the egg with the yogurt.
Transfer to this bowl your flour and mix well.
Add your tbsp of honey and give this another stir.
Add a tbsp of vegetable oil in a pan on medium heat.
Transfer between 1 to 1.5 tbsp of batter to your pan and cook on both sides for approximately 30 seconds or a minute until each side turns brownish.
Place one pancake on top of the other and top them with your favourite ingredients and enjoy.
