Simple Beetroot Latte

I am such a big fan of experimenting with various warm drinks mainly because I love variety and seeing what works and what does not for my body. Obviously, I also love sharing those things that work for me with you because they may help you too.

Beetroot latte is a drink I wanted to try for a while, so was extremely happy when my powder arrived. Beetroot is a sweet vegetable and so you can also consume this drink to satisfy your cravings for something sweet. Since beetroot is sweet, I highly recommend balancing it with coconut milk and coconut oil which will manage your blood sugar.


Servings: 1 - Prep Time: 3 min



  • 1 tsp beetroot powder

  • 1 tsp MCT oil or coconut oil

  • 1 tsp protein powder

  • 2 tbsp of warm water

  • 1 cup of warm coconut milk


  1. In a cup add all the ingredients but coconut milk.

  2. Using an electric frother, froth beetroot powder, protein powder, MCT oil, and water, creating a nice texture.

  3. Add coconut milk and enjoy!
