Savoury Yogurt Recipes for Breakfast

Ingredients:
100-150 grams of yogurt (any of your choice)
Mediterranean Savoury Yogurt
2 cherry tomatoes, cut in fours
1/3 cucumber, grated
3-4 olives, your choice
20 grams hazelnuts, pre-soaked & chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
juice from 1/3 lemon
some dill
Carrot Cake Savoury Yogurt
2/3 carrot, grated
15 grams walnuts, pre-soaked & chopped
20 grams dark chocolate, chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
Immune Boosting Savoury Yogurt
1/3 cucumber, grated
some dill
raw broccoli, grated
1/4 avocado
1 tbsp flaxseeds
1 tsp ginger
juice from 1/3 lemon
Directions:
In a container add the yogurt.
Top your yogurt with the ingredients from one of the above options.
