Prep Notes:

Chia pudding is one of my favourite foods and that is because it can be eaten as a breakfast, as a dessert and as a snack! It is also super quick to make. Takes almost no time which is ridiculous. It is delicious and nutritious. A bliss in a jar! :)

This recipe can be used as two servings for snacks or as desserts or as one serving for breakfast. 


Prep Time: 2mins - Servings: 2



  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 200 grams coconut milk or any other plant based milk

  • 1 tbsp of honey or agave syrup or maple syrup

  • 10-15 grams pistachios

  • 10-14 raspberries

  • 2 leaves of mint


  1. In a bowl, mix well the plant-based milk, the chia seeds, the sweetener and half of the raspberries and pistachios. 

  2. Transfer the mix into one or two separate jars.

  3. Place the chia pudding in the fridge for at least 2 hours or better overnight. 

  4. Before enjoying your pudding, top it up with the rest of the raspberries and pistachios and the mint leaves.
