QUINOA BREAKFAST PORRIDGE | 2 Vegan Quinoa Porridge with Almond Milk Recipes (Creamy + Stamina Boosting) // This creamy quinoa porridge is a gluten free porridge recipe. Servings: 2 - Prep Time: 5mins - Cooking Time: 15-20mins




  • 100 grams quinoa

  • 150ml water

  • 200ml almond milk (or any other milk of your choice)

  • 1tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 banana


Raspberry Nut Quinoa Porridge

  • 2 tbsp fresh or frozen raspberries

  • 1 tbsp crushed walnuts & almonds

  • 4 cubes of dark chocolate (>60% cocoa)

  • 1 tbsp tahini (or any other nut butter you like)

Chocolate Banana Quinoa Porridge

  • 1 tbsp of cocoa or chocolate spread

  • 1/2 banana, sliced

  • 1 tbsp crushed walnuts & almonds

  • 1 tbsp honey (or any other sweetener you prefer)


  1. In a pan, add the ingredients of the base (quinoa, water, milk and mashed banana).

  2. Cook for 15 minutes approximately until the liquid is absorbed and the quinoa takes a porridge like texture.

  3. Serve with any of the two recommending toppings that you like.
