PORRIDGE WITH WARM BERRIES [VIDEOS]
Servings: 2 - Prep Time: 2 mins - Cooking Time: 5 mins
1 cup of oats
3 cup of water or plant based milk
1 tsp coconut oil
1 tbsp honey or other sweetener
A handful of blueberries
A handful of strawberries
Warm up the coconut oil in a pan.
Add the berries as soon as the coconut oil melts.
As soon as the berries become soft, add your porridge.
Stir for a couple of seconds.
Add your water or plant based milk.
Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Serve in a dish with additional toppings you like and enjoy!
