PORRIDGE WITH WARM BERRIES [VIDEOS]



Servings: 2 - Prep Time: 2 mins - Cooking Time: 5 mins



Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of oats

  • 3 cup of water or plant based milk

  • 1 tsp coconut oil

  • 1 tbsp honey or other sweetener

  • A handful of blueberries

  • A handful of strawberries


Directions:

  1. Warm up the coconut oil in a pan.

  2. Add the berries as soon as the coconut oil melts.

  3. As soon as the berries become soft, add your porridge.

  4. Stir for a couple of seconds.

  5. Add your water or plant based milk.

  6. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

  7. Serve in a dish with additional toppings you like and enjoy!
