Oyster Mushrooms Asian Style Recipe | Mushroom Side Dish



This is a fantastic mushroom side dish recipe. These mushrooms asian style is so delicious that my fiance and I are making this recipe on a regular basis.

Prep Time: 5 mins - Cooking Time: 20 mins - Servings: 4

Ingredients:

  • 500 grams of oyster (also known as pleurotus) mushrooms

  • 2 tbsp sesame oil or olive oil

  • 1-2 cloves of garlic (grated), depending on how much you love garlic (wink wink)

  • 1 tsp of truffle oil

  • 1 tbsp of mirin

  • 5 tbsp of soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp of sesame seeds


Directions:

  1. Add a pan to a medium high heat.

  2. Sprinkle olive oil or sesame oil and add grated garlic.

  3. Leave to cook for 1 minute.

  4. Then, add the rest of the ingredients and mix them.

  5. Cook for 20 minutes with a closed lid.

  6. When ready, serve with sesame seeds.

  7. Enjoy as a side to your main meals
