If you do not have bok choy or seaweed, you can replace them with mushrooms or tofu, or just leave them out.

1/3 of 250gram pack soba noodles
1 tbsp of organic miso paste
1 bok choy, cut in half
1 red pepper, sliced
1 leaf of seaweed, sliced
1 garlic, chopped
5-6 cups of water
2 eggs, boiled
Add all the ingredients but the eggs in a pan and leave to boil for approximately 15 minutes.
Serve with a boiled egg
