2 Ingredient Pancakes | High Protein Pancake Recipe

High protein two ingredient pancakes! A healthy pancake recipe easy for everyone to make with two ingredients we always have available at home.


Servings: 10 pancakes - Prep Time: 2 mins - Cooking Time: 12 mins



  1. Medium banana

  2. 2 eggs

  3. 1tsp coconut oil


  • Yogurt

  • Handful of berries

  • Crushed dark chocolate

  • Cinnamon

  • Sliced banana


  1. In a blender, add the banana and the eggs and mix the ingredients well.

  2. In a pan, warm the coconut oil.

  3. Use a bit of the mixture for each pancake, cooking each side for approximately 2 mins.

  4. Serve with your favourite ingredients.

My recommendations for blood sugar control is to enjoy them with either yogurt of your choice, dark chocolate and berries or with a few banana slices, cinnamon and berries.
