HEALTHY PANCAKES (X2 WAY) [VIDEO]

Looking for a healthy or even a vegan pancake recipe? 

Look no more! In this video, I show you two ways of how to make some of the most delicious healthy vegan pancakes that are incredibly good for your body. 


Prep Time: 5 mins - Cooking Time: 15 mins - Servings: 4 or 5 pancakes


Ingredients:

For Cinnamon Pancake

  • 1 banana

  • 50grams oats

  • 1 flax egg

  • 1tsp cinnamon


For Spinach Pancake

  • 1 banana

  • 50grams oats

  • 1 flax egg

  • 50grams spinach(crushed or blended)

Flax Egg

  • 6tbsp water

  • 1tbsp flax seeds 

  • 1tbsp chia seeds

Directions:

  1. In a container or a glass add all the ingredients for the flax egg, 6tbsp water, 1tbsp flax seeds, 1tbsp chia seeds, and leave aside for at least 20mins so the mix can solidify. 

  2. Mash the banana in a bowl or a deep dish. 

  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. 

  4. Cook for 1-1.5mins on each side.

  5. Serve with your favourite savoury or sweet toppings.
