Healthy Breakfast Recipes | Easy Breakfast Ideas

Hey Wonderful, In this episode, I will be sharing with you 3 easy and quick breakfast recipes. Overnight oats, avocado toast and tortilla omelet. These are super easy to prepare, either from the night before or 15mins maximum in the morning and your breakfast is sorted. Our busy lives require foods that are quick and nutritious to allow us to conquer the day doing the what we know best. For the overnight oats, add your desired quantity of oats in a jar, some of your favourite spices, I will add cinnamon, vanilla, some flax seeds and pumpkin seeds, and a few berries. Mix the ingredients and leave them in the fridge. These are great to grab the next day when you are rushing through the door. I tend to make overnight oats in a big jar and have them at work for the next two days. The next recipe is avocado toast, I usually have rye bread in my house, so this is the one I am using for this breakfast. Mash the avocado, add some lemon and chilli flakes, mix them and spread it on the bread. Top it with rocket and pepper and that is it. If you eat eggs, you can also boil an egg and add it on top. Yum! The third recipe is an omelet tortilla. Warm two tortillas in the oven, meanwhile whisk two eggs, with a bit of spinach, nutmeg, and turmeric. Oil a pan and cook the omelet.
