This is an incredibly creamy dip with avocado, pistachios, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, coriander and olive oil. This incredible dip is a powerhouse full of good fats, omega 3 and antioxidants.


Servings: 4 - Prep Time: 5 mins



  • 1 avocado

  • 1 garlic clove

  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds

  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds

  • 2 tbsp pistachios 

  • 1 handful of coriander

  • 3/4 of a fresh lime, juice

  • 50ml olive oil


  1. Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Carve out the flesh of the avocado with a tablespoon.

  2. Add all the ingredients in a food processor or a blender and leave to combine well. 

  3. Enjoy roasted sweet potatoes and/or carrots, with your main or on rye bread. 


If you don't like coriander, you can exclude it from the recipe.
