CHOCO-HAZELNUT ENERGY BALLS




Servings: 14 balls - Prep Time: 15mins



Ingredients:

  • 1 cup hazelnuts

  • 1 cup medjool dates or 14 medjool dates

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 banana, can be frozen

  • 2 tbsp desiccated coconut

  • 3 tbsp goji berries

  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder


Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients in a food processor or a blender (a blender is not as strong as a food processor and you may need to add a bit of liquid like 2 tbsp of water or almond milk for the ingredients to blend well) and leave to blend for 2-3 minutes

  2. Take small portions of the mix and shape them into balls

  3. Leave in the fridge for at least a couple of hours before enjoying
