Baked Oat & Chia Energy Bars
This Oat & Chia Seed Granola Bar recipe was shared with a employees of a corporation I delivered a wellbeing workshop to and they devoured it. I am sure you will love too, so here's the recipe.
Servings: 10-12 pieces - Prep Time: 2 mins - Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
1 banana
1 cup of oats
1 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp date syrup
1/2 cup crushed nuts (cashew, almonds, hazelnuts)
1/4 cup of chia seeds
Directions:
In a bowl mash a banana.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix very well.
Spread the mix in a tray and leave to cook for approximately 20 minutes until all ingredients stick together.
