Avocado & Cucumber Smoothie | Green Smoothie for Weight Loss

This is one of my favourite smoothie recipes that I tend to consume as a breakfast and keeps me going for up 5 to 6 hours. No kidding! Keep in mind that I do drink lots of water and a cup of coffee in between.

I always get complaints that when you start switching from heavily meat and carb based diet to a more plant-based, you tend to feel hungrier and so this is a great way to show you how you can make the change easier, staying satiated for approximately 4-5 hours.


Servings: 1 - Prep Time: 5 min



  • 1 cup of plant based milk

  • 1 tbsp flavourless protein powder

  • 1 tbsp of chia seeds

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 1/2 cucumber or 1 small cucumber (the one we use to make gherkins)


  1. Blend all the ingredients for a couple of minutes and enjoy!
