3 HEALTHY CREPE RECIPES [VIDEO]

Be creative with your toppings, I used tahini with honey, honey and avocado but you can use whatever you like.
Servings: 9 crepes - Prep Time: 5 mins - Cooking Time: 10-15 mins
For the base -
1 glass of milk
1 glass of water
1 tbsp of olive oil
1 tsp of baking soda
1.5 glasses of whole grain flour
For the spinach -
a handful of spinach
For the chocolate -
1 tbsp cocoa powder
Tahini, I used tahini with honey
Add all the base ingredients in a bowl but wholegrain flour and whisk well.
Then slowly start adding the flour to avoid small flour balls that do not dissolve easily.
For the spinach crepes, blend the handful of spinach first and then add the dough in the blender and leave all the ingredients to combine well for a minute or so.
For the chocolate, stir in the dough, the cocoa and whisk well.
Oil a pan and leave to warm up on a high heat first.
Decrease the temperature and by using a soup spoon, take a bit of the dough and add it in the pan.
Move the pan in a circular way to ensure that the dough goes all over the pan.
Leave to cook for approximately 30secs on each side.
Top your crepes with your favourite ingredients and enjoy :)
