In this episode I will share with you 4 breakfast ideas that you can have on the go. They are super easy to make either from the night before or just two to five minutes before you rush out of the door.
All of the breakfast ideas I am sharing with you today, exist on my channel as separate videos, if you want to look into them in more detail.
One of my favourite ones is nutella on toast or bread, and not a commercial type one but a homemade one, where you toast the hazelnut and instead of sugar, use natural ingredients such as dates, cocoa powder and plant based milk to create this incredible spread which trust me can be eaten on its own easily as well.

The second option is one of my favourites, which is Acai Berry smoothie. Oh yum yum. This recipe is packed with goodness for beauty and longevity such as vitamins A, B, C, K, omega fatty acids, iron, copper, magnesium just to name a few. I tend to make two or three portions of this and just grab them before I head to work.

Another favourite of mine, although all of these options are my favourite, is avocado on toast. As you know nutritional fat is great for a good function of the brain and body, plus not to mention that ripe avocados taste delicious! A couple of minutes before I head to work, I mash a whole or ½ an avocado, depending on how i feel and the size of it, spread it on my bread, add some chilli flakes, put it in a container and head out.

Last but not least, overnight oats is a great breakfast to prepare from the night before, which will take you no more than 3 minutes and you can grab in the morning on your way to school or work. Oats are a great fuel in the morning, so I highly recommend trying this recipe.
