How to get rid of acne | How to get rid of pimples

Hey Wonderful,

In this episode, I will be sharing with you tips and tricks on how to get rid of acne and pimples.

You may be thinking that this is an issue that teenagers are dealing with today but to be completely honest, it is not. According to Dr. Mark Hyman the average age of an acne patient has increased from 20 to 26 years old.

Acne is a sign that there is an imbalance in our body as it is caused by hormonal imbalances, pollution, diet, toxicity, inflammation and stress just to name a few. Also, acne can be caused by using pore-clogging products such as powder or makeup which is mainly specific to women.

Talking about diet specifically, when you consume refined products, products high in mercury, sugar and you lack nutrients, you will get pimples and acne. This is so important to understand as knowing the cause of acne empowers you to find more permanent and effective solution.

We are trying to improve our skin from outside with chemical products, like pills and creams, while all we need to do is to eat natural food, such as healthy fats, good protein, and anti-inflammatory foods. Ingredients such as ginger, garlic, turmeric, eggs, avocado, nuts, berries and green leafy vegetables can actually contribute to a cleaner and better quality/looking skin.

Also keep yourself hydrated by having plenty of water, herbal teas and drinks with spices. Wash your face very well twice per day, once in the morning and once in the afternoon, rejuvenating it and cleaning if off the pollutants of the atmosphere. For the ladies out there, never ever go to bed with your make-up still on. Your skin needs to breathe.

I hope this serves you. Thank you for making me a part of your day today.

I am always grateful for you,

Christina
