3 DIY Herbal Drinks | Natural Drinks

Hey Wonderful, 

In this episode, I will be sharing with you my three herbal tea recipes for a strong immune system and gut health. 

One of my all time favourite herbs is Greek Mountain Tea. If you haven’t heard of it or you haven’t tried it, please do so. You will love it. Why should you drink Greek Mountain Tea? Because it is anti-inflammatory, contains antioxidants and promotes gut health. I usually drink it as it is incredibly delicious. If I want to enhance my drink a little bit more, I add a bit of cardamom and clove both of which are great immune boosters. 

My second home made herbal tea is sage with lemongrass which is also yum and incredibly beneficial. Sage benefits include adding proper digestion regulation and also improving recall abilities and memory retention. Lemongrass, besides being great for digestion, also keeps the skin healthy, fights depression and cleanses and detoxifies. 

Another favourite of mine is drinking dried organic chamomile, again this is something I source from Greece but you can find online as well. Chamomile has a great taste and promotes better sleep, healthier skin and boosts immune system. I am in love with it.
