Feb & Mar Favourites 2017

March 21, 2017

Hey Wonderful,

Today’s video is the first video of the new series of mine. I am constantly asked where I buy some of the products that I use and so I decided to start a monthly series where I will be sharing these with you. In this episode, I am combining my favourites from two months, February and March so be prepared for a treat :).

I am a massive bulk buyer and so I do buy in bulk quite a few of my products such as brown rice, almonds, hazelnuts, oats, flax seeds, chia seeds and coconut oil. I have noticed that this habit helps me save money, put my mind at peace as I do not have to worry about buying these for a few weeks and keeps me on track with my health goals as I have these to turn to when I need to prepare a meal or a snack. In the description of these video, I have provided links to the products I have bought previously and I have been satisfied with.

I am also obsessed with energy bites. Usually the ones I go for are the Deliciouslyella energy balls. Ella started as a health blogger and now has 2 delis in the UK and her own line of energy balls. She has also written four books that contain plant based recipes. She is amazing and very inspiring. Her mission is to show people how to enjoy vegetables and she is doing it very well. Although I like all three flavours in her line, the one I tend to go for is usually cocoa and almond.

I have also been using Neal’s Yard deodorant, Lemon and Coriander. I am loving it. This underarm deodorant spray combines eight pure essential oils and compared to other natural deodorants that seem not to work properly, this does a much better job. I believe it is appropriate for all skin types.

Last but not least, I have a favourite watch these days and it is from the JORD company. They make luxury, ecologically-sustainable watches from ethically-sourced exotic woods, all across the globe. Their woods are actually reclaimed furniture remnants. The watch that I have is from the Reece line and what I like about it is the golden tones and the dense sandalwood shades. It is earthy just like my brand. They cater for both men and women and I highly recommend visiting their website to find out more. We are currently collaborating on a giveaway where you can get $100 dollars of JORD site, all details are on my site and in the description below.

These were my favourites of February and March. Do let me know if you liked this video and would like to see more of monthly favourites from me.
