VANILLA MATCHA LATTE

You guys are my inspiration and this is a drink that a few of you were wondering how to make as you were having issues making it in a way that it tastes delicious. Most of you know the health benefits of this green tea that mainly comes from Japan. It is high in antioxidants, amino acids, and chlorophyll which help fight cancer, liver detoxification, speed up wound healing, improve digestion and manage weight.
This Vanilla Matcha Latte is one of my to go drinks during cold weather. I have it in the morning with my breakfast or later in the morning or in the afternoons just to warm me up.
The tools you will need to make this delicious drink are:
a bamboo whisk
a milk frother
a small pan

Prep Time: 5 minutes - Servings: 1
1/2 tsp of matcha green tea powder
2 tbsp hot water
1 cup of coconut milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp agave syrup / honey / maple syrup
In a small pan warm coconut milk for 1 or 2 minutes.
Add the agave syrup or any other sweetener you are using as well as the vanilla extract.
Using a milk frother, stir well all the ingredients until it creates a texture you are happy with and leave aside.
In a cup add the matcha tea and hot water.
Using a bamboo whisk, whisk for 30 secs.
Add in the cup the coconut milk.
