Savoury Yogurt Recipes for Breakfast




Prep Time: 5mins - Servings: 1 per salad


Ingredients:

  • 100-150 grams of yogurt (any of your choice)

Mediterranean Savoury Yogurt

  • 2 cherry tomatoes, cut in fours

  • 1/3 cucumber, grated

  • 3-4 olives, your choice

  • 20 grams hazelnuts, pre-soaked & chopped

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • juice from 1/3 lemon

  • some dill

Carrot Cake Savoury Yogurt

  • 2/3 carrot, grated

  • 15 grams walnuts, pre-soaked & chopped

  • 20 grams dark chocolate, chopped

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Immune Boosting Savoury Yogurt

  • 1/3 cucumber, grated

  • some dill

  • raw broccoli, grated

  • 1/4 avocado

  • 1 tbsp flaxseeds

  • 1 tsp ginger

  • juice from 1/3 lemon


Directions:

  1. In a container add the yogurt.

  2. Top your yogurt with the ingredients from one of the above options.
