MORNING AVO-CUCUMBER SMOOTHIE

This smoothie is incredibly refreshing, delicious and super easy to make. I consume it as a breakfast and keeps me satisfied for at least 3 hours, sometimes 5 if I stay hydrated in between.
Servings: 1 - Prep Time: 2 mins
2/3 glass of cashew milk
2 tbsp unflavoured collagen protein powder or any other unflavoured protein powder
1 tbsp chia seeds
Blend all the ingredients together for a minute or two.
