MORNING AVO-CUCUMBER SMOOTHIE

This smoothie is incredibly refreshing, delicious and super easy to make. I consume it as a breakfast and keeps me satisfied for at least 3 hours, sometimes 5 if I stay hydrated in between.


Servings: 1 - Prep Time: 2 mins



Ingredients:

  • 2/3 glass of cashew milk

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 1/3 cucumber

  • 2 tbsp unflavoured collagen protein powder or any other unflavoured protein powder

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds


Directions:

  1. Blend all the ingredients together for a minute or two.

  2. Enjoy!
