MISO SOUP

Notes:

If you do not have bok choy or seaweed, you can replace them with mushrooms or tofu, or just leave them out.



Prep Time: 2 mins - Cooking Time: 15 minutes - Servings: 2



Ingredients:

  • 1/3 of 250gram pack soba noodles

  • 1 tbsp of organic miso paste

  • 1 bok choy, cut in half 

  • 1 red pepper, sliced

  • 1 leaf of seaweed, sliced

  • 1 garlic, chopped

  • 5-6 cups of water

  • 2 eggs, boiled


Directions:

  1. Add all the ingredients but the eggs in a pan and leave to boil for approximately 15 minutes. 

  2. Serve with a boiled egg
