Coconut Turmeric Latte | Golden Milk Recipe

This latte is super beneficial for your health as it combines protein, healthy fats from coconut and powders from turmeric of course, cinnamon and ginger.


For the protein in this drink, I am using a collagen flavourless protein powder which has the same qualities as do nails, hair and bones, and helps keep them in good shape. It is not vegan. For vegan options you can try pea powder instead or other option that do not have a flavour.



Servings: 1 - Prep Time: 2 min - Cooking time: 2 minutes


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of coconut milk, warm

  • 1 tbsp flavourless protein powder

  • 1 tbsp of coconut oil

  • 1 tsp turmeric

  • 1 tsp of cinnamon

  • ½ tsp of ginger


Directions:

  1. Warm up 1 cup of coconut milk.

  2. As soon as it is ready, transfer it in a blender add the rest of the ingredients, your coconut oil, protein powder, turmeric, cinnamon and ginger.

  3. Blend until smooth.

  4. Enjoy!
