COCONUT AVOCADO CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

This is one of the most delicious chocolate mousse you will ever eat. It is super creamy, contains healthy fats from avocado, coconut milk, and nuts (if you choose to use nuts) and is sweetened with dates and a frozen banana. Just heaven. It is also filling so a little goes a long way!



Servings: 4 - Prep Time: 5 min



Ingredients:

For the mousse:

  • 200 ml coconut milk

  • 1 avocado, pitted and deskinned

  • 1 frozen banana, sliced in three pieces

  • 6 medjool dates, pitted

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

  • pinch of salt

Serve on top:

  • 15 grams of roasted crushed nuts (almonds, cashew, hazelnuts)

  • 15 grams of blueberries

Directions:

  1. In your blender, pour the coconut milk and the avocado first.

  2. Blend for 1-2 minutes.

  3. Add the rest of the ingredients - frozen banana, medjool dates, vanilla extract, cocoa powder and salt.

  4. When combined well distribute on dessert plates.

  5. Serve with blueberries and crushed nuts.

  6. Enjoy!
