Baked Oat & Chia Energy Bars


This Oat & Chia Seed Granola Bar recipe was shared with a employees of a corporation I delivered a wellbeing workshop to and they devoured it. I am sure you will love too, so here's the recipe.


Prep Time: 2 mins

Cooking Time: 20 minutes

Serves: 10-12 pieces

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana

  • 1 cup of oats

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

  • 2 tbsp date syrup

  • 1/2 cup crushed nuts (cashew, almonds, hazelnuts)

  • 1/4 cup of chia seeds

Directions:

  1. In a bowl mash a banana.

  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix very well.

  3. Spread the mix in a tray and leave to cook for approximately 20 minutes until all ingredients stick together.

  4. Enjoy!
