I was raised in a family where natural food and pure ingredients were 99.9% of what we ate. We used to live in a small village where we would raise our own animals and grow our own fruit and vegetables. I was the healthiest and happiest I can remember. Back then, I was waking up to explore and play with my sister and my friends.
When we moved to a city, all of this changed immensely. I was storing fat and becoming more and more conscious of the way my body was changing and how I was feeling. I became weak and was developing health issues. I never thought that food was part of how I was feeling. I knew that the delicious meals get your scale up and the less tasty foods get your scale down. I did not know that there was more to this than the scale fluctuation.
After I moved to the UK, I focused on my career, I just wanted to succeed and progress as quickly as possible. I wanted to be the successful woman I was seeing on TV.
...Until I became very unhappy...
I was most of the time depressed and I would cry seemingly without reason. One day after crying my eyes out, I made a decision. I made a decision not to allow anyone and anything to make me feel the way I was feeling in that very moment. I started reading, researching, attending events and experimenting with what I was absorbing to understand what is the secret to happiness.

I changed my lifestyle and as a result I changed how I am presenting myself in this world. I know how it feels to live to your full potential and enjoy your life to the fullest. Holistic Health Coach and Nutritional Therapist
As a Health Coach and a Nutritional Therapist, I am a supportive mentor and wellness authority who works with clients to help them feel their best through food and lifestyle changes. My approach is based on research and evidence and promotes the benefits of good, wholesome, unprocessed foods for optimal well being, as well as the therapeutic effects of particular foods for specific health conditions. I treat the body as a whole seeking the root source of health concerns, rather than simply treating the symptoms.
